We are happy to introduce you to Cameron, this week’s furry friend featured on our full-print no-show socks. Cameron has severe FOMO and doesn’t like to miss out on anything. Whether it’s chasing and catching lizards by the beach, planting himself in the middle of the kitchen while the family is cooking, or helping mom work at the computer, Cameron is always in the middle the action (except when he is napping). Pet Photo Friday - Coco

It’s Pet-Photo-Friday and time to share another pet photo custom printed on our socks!

The sockprints team is happy to introduce you to Coco, this week’s favorite custom-printed sock puppy. This pair of photo socks was created as a fun and lighthearted way to remember sweet Coco, who passed away earlier this year at the age of 15. She was a sweet and happy chocolate lab who loved to lounge in the jacuzzi, play ball, and snuggle. Her owner told us “She was a crazy pup, she ate parts of the deck, the one that is in the photo we printed. She also ate a glass thermometer once, which was a fiasco at the vet’s office. She gave the best snuggles and loved whipped cream more than any other treat. She was such a cool puppy and we miss her very much.” 

She sounds like one crazy pup and we hope these socks help bring back all the fun memories, and a smile to your face.

After watching The Bachelor and its counterpart, The Bachelorette for many, many years, I decided to add a twist for The Bachelor season 18 and I invited a group of friends to play a game where we picked the final two bachelorettes and ultimately the winner of the final rose.  I found an online game that hosted our picks and we created a private Facebook group so we could chat about each episode!  Oh the comments we made and photos we liked…

We had a 3-way tie in the end and what did the champions win?  Custom Bachelor sockprints, of course!  Congratulations to my friends, Adrienne, Dana and Tamara!

Personalized Wedding Socks

This spring we received an order from a bride-to-be for some personalized wedding socks.  They turned out exceptionally fun, so we sent the customer an email asking if we could post photos of her socks on The Happy Sole and our other social media sites.  She replied that she created the socks to wear on the day of her wedding.  She would be wearing cowboy boots with her wedding dress and during the reception they would be playing the “Shoe Game.”  Since she would be taking off her shoes she wanted to wear some cute, personalized socks! 

Unfamiliar with the shoe game, I did a little research to find out how it works.  After dinner and some dancing at the reception, two chairs are placed in the middle of the dance floor back to back for the bride and groom.  The couple takes off their shoes, gives one of them to their partner and keeps one.  A designated person then asks the couple a series of questions about them (i.e. – Who is the better kisser?  Who is smarter?  Who will be doing the cooking?).  After each question, the bride and groom holds up the shoe of the person that they think best answers the question.  What a fun way for wedding guests to learn more about the newlyweds!

Sockprints on The Couch - WCBS Morning TV Show!

We received a request from a CBS affiliate in NY for some custom printed socks for a TV host's birthday celebration. John Elliott from the morning show, The Couch, would be celebrating his birthday on air and his co-hosts wanted to surprise him with some of our personalized socks.  We asked for some images to print on the socks and they sent us their logo and a great photo of the hosts on The Couch.  We were thrilled when they shared the TV segment video with us and we couldn't wait to post it here on The Happy Sole! YaYa's take sockprints to Washington DC!

My husband's aunts recently took a trip to Washington DC and brought along some custom socks from sockprints.    

They surprised us when they got home with some great photos of the sights they visited at our nation's capitol. From the pictures they sent, it looks like they had a great time - and so did our socks!
