Congrats South Soccer (sock-er for Happy Soles)!

WARNING:  if you don’t want to hear how great my daughter’s high school soccer team was this year, skip to the picture of the cute socks (ha-ha)! 

So, can a soccer mom brag?  Absolutely, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do!  My daughter is a senior at South High School in Torrance, California on the varsity soccer team and they had an unbelievable 2013 season.  Their record of 26 wins, 6 ties and only 1 loss is incredible!  Unfortunately the loss came in the CIF semi-finals in overtime, ending their undefeated season.  While it was a heart-breaking loss coming up just short of reaching the championship game, the overall accomplishments of this team are nothing short of fabulous!  The final rankings put this team at 21^st in the nation (the whole U.S.A!), 10^th in the state of California (a huge state!), and 6^th in Southern California!  WOW!

For a party favor at the annual varsity soccer banquet, I created some custom printed socks for the graduating seniors.  The intentionally mis-matched socks capture the team’s accomplishments of the season on sockprints’ bright green neon no-show socks.  A fun way to remember the highlights of the season!
